Services Offered

Three ways to work together.

I

Concierge Women’s Health Physical Therapy

One-on-one physical therapy for pelvic health, lymphedema and oncology recovery, and orthopedic care — in your home, at your gym, wherever is convenient for you. The treatment table and equipment arrive with me, and you get the full session with a single therapist every visit.

II

Virtual Pelvic Health & Exercise Coaching

Education, habit strategies, and custom exercise plans to improve pelvic floor function. Delivered one-on-one by video, built around learning and training.

III

Speaking Engagements

Talks and workshops on pelvic health for clinics, employers, fitness studios, community groups, and professional audiences — bringing the conversation to the people who need it before symptoms ever bring them to a clinic.

What we treat

Three areas of expertise, one clinician.

Conditions that are often treated in isolation rarely occur that way. Holding all three specialties means the whole picture gets addressed — not one symptom at a time.

Lymphedema & Oncology

Our approach

The clinic comes to you.

Traditional clinics split your hour between three patients and a treatment table you share with a gym floor. This practice is built the other way around — one person, one therapist, the whole session, wherever you actually are.

I

A free discovery call

Fifteen minutes to talk through what's going on and decide together whether this is the right care. If you'd be better served elsewhere, you'll be told so directly.

II

A thorough evaluation

A full history and a movement, strength and breathing assessment — with the time to actually listen to what you've already tried and what nobody has explained yet.

III

A plan built for your life

Not a stock handout. A program designed around your body, your schedule, and the activities you want to return to — with the reasoning behind every piece of it.

IV

Treatment and progression

Hands-on work, strength training, and real-life coaching, adjusted every session. You'll always know what you're doing and why.

Dr. Briana Dillon Garmon, PT, DPT

Board-Certified Pelvic & Women's Health Clinical Specialist · Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Dr. Briana is a residency-trained, board-certified Clinical Specialist in Pelvic and Women's Health Physical Therapy and a certified lymphedema therapist — a dual expertise few clinicians hold, and one that lets her treat the whole picture rather than a single symptom.

She founded Physically P.H.I.T. with a passion for helping clients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their bodies. She believes you deserve personalized care, meaningful education, and the tools to take an active role in your health. Whether you're managing pelvic pain or bladder issues, rebuilding after surgery, dealing with swelling after cancer treatment, or living with symptoms you've been told to just put up with, she'll help you understand what's happening in your body and build a plan to address those concerns.

Every session is one-on-one. You'll leave knowing what interventions you've been prescribed — and why.

When Briana is not treating clients, she's adventuring with her husband and son, serving with her church, and staying active.
